Buggyguard shipping partners include:

Buggyguard appreciates its customers by offering low cost flat rate shipping to all 50 states. International shipping including US territories, P.O. boxes and Military APO or FPO addresses is not available at this time. If we currently do not offer shipping to you, then view our retailer list as they may be able to service your address.

Shipping times always begin the day after the order leaves our warehouse. Add $2.49 to any of these tiers for Rush Order Processing if ordered by 4 PM EST. The billing address and shipping address must be the same. We cannot guarantee same day shipping, so if we are unable to ship the same day for any reason, we will refund the Rush Order Processing Fee

Shipping Policy

All packages are checked and weighed before shipment to insure products are included. An order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address. We are unable to attach any special labels or instructions to packages. They will only show the destination address, our company name, and our return address.

If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped. If your order is not in stock, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date at which time you can elect to proceed with or cancel your order. We do our best to keep or inventory capacity synched with our shopping cart offering.

Signature Confirmation is required on all orders over $250.

Packages delivered with incorrect address information will be charged by UPS a fee of $5.00 for ground shipments, $10.00 for 2nd Day Air and faster shipments to correct the address and deliver the package. Examples of incomplete addresses include missing Apartment or Suite numbers, or missing floor, shipping to PO boxes if applicable. The UPS charge will be charged to the customer.

Please double-check addresses during checkout. If shipping elsewhere, verify the address. This fee isn't charged if we catch the address ourselves first.

 

Lost Shipments

Any shipments lost in transit are the responsibility of their respective carrier. To ensure against lost or stolen packages please choose a secure location where someone will be available to take delivery of your package. Claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages must be made within 48 hours of expected delivery date. Please allow 30 days for USPS packages before filing. If the post office states that they do not have your package, we can start an insurance claim for a lost/stolen package only if you have purchased insurance for your package.

To file a claim, please fill out our Shipment Claim Form and fax it to 1-888-852-7364. Buggyguard will do everything it can to help facilitate your claim, but the courier will make the final decision.

Please note that some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as weather conditions, whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. UPS or USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local UPS or post office directly for the delivery policy for your area.

 

Damaged Shipments

Please report any damaged packages or product to Buggyguard within 48 hours of package receipt. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, call us immediately and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a UPS claim for the item.

Please be sure to hold on to the original packaging and packing material because UPS, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A UPS representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect the item, and to pick it up. If UPS does not come to inspect the package, or does not take it with them when they do come, please call us, and we will send you a UPS tag to send the damaged product to us.

Shipping will not be refunded for returned orders, including orders returned due to refused delivery or failure to contact ups within the first three delivery attempts. Returned shipments will also be subject to a $5 re-stocking fee per item included in the order.

 

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

There are three options for refusal of a package with UPS:

1. If you are present at the Ship-To address upon delivery, refuse the package. The driver will take it back to us.

2. If the package was delivered, but you see your UPS driver regularly, write
"Refused - Return to Sender" on the unopened box and give it back to him/her as an undeliverable, refused package.

3. Write "Refused - Return to Sender" on the unopened package. Bring the package to a local UPS hub facility or customer counter (*Not to a UPS store). They will handle the return for you.

When the reason for refusal or undeliverable status is not a result of our error, you will be refunded the value charged to your credit card minus the cost of shipping both ways plus $5 per item restocking fee. If these fees exceed the value charged to your credit card, you will not receive any credit. It will take us seven to ten days to issue a credit.
