Your new buggyguard is preset at the factory to unlock at 0-0-0. Make sure you are able to open and close the lock prior to setting your own combination. Carefully follow each step to ensure proper setting procedures.
1. Adjust dials to the preset factory combination of 0-0-0 or your current number combination
2. Press and hold the reset button (2) and press down on the cable head (3) simultaneously
3. Turn the dials (4) to your new combination
4. Press the cable trigger button (1) and pull out cable head (3)
5. Your new personal combination is ready to use
6. Record your combination; once the lock is set, there is no way to open it without the combination.

I've lost the combination to my buggyguard. Can you tell me what it is?
Unless the lock still set to factory combination of 0-0-0, there is no way Buggyguard will know your personal combination. Buggyguard does not have record of the combination that the owner set. If your lock is attached to something, you will need to call a locksmith for removal. Please note that Buggyguard does not reimburse for locksmith services and/or fees.

How do I attach and detach the buggyguard from the bracket?
The back of the Buggyguard has a slot that will accept the bracket as follows:
1. Press and hold the cable trigger button (1)
2. Slide the bracket into the slot
3. Release the cable trigger button (1)
When the cable head (3) is in the locking port (5), you will not be able to press the cable trigger button(1). This allows you to lock the buggyguard to the bracket when you lock your stroller.

Does the buggyguard require any extra tools to attach to my stroller?
Each buggyguard comes with a universal attachment comprising a bracket and rugged Velcro strap. The bracket and strap have anti-slip measures attached or sewn into them for better grip on your stroller. The rugged Velcro strap offers the flexibility of quickly attaching to any cylinder, bar, or variation thereof that may come with your stroller

How do I lock my stroller with buggyguard?
Each buggyguard comes with a cable just over four feet long designed to be able to lock most strollers to themselves, other strollers, and/or stationary objects. The following is an example of locking your stroller to a stationary object with the buggyguard still attached to the bracket:

Important: When locking your stroller with the buggyguard attached to the bracket, the cable must go around the stroller bar and the stationary object. If the cable loop does not include the stroller bar, then the stroller can be taken by removing the Velcro strap of the bracket. When not attached to the bracket, the buggyguard can be used with more flexibility to secure your stroller. See ways to lock for more information.

The buggyguard is extremely versatile. Not only can you use it to lock your stroller, but it can be used to lock personal belongings like bags to your stroller as well.
