PAYMENT METHODS
Buggyguard accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, and payments
made through PayPal. We do not accept
money orders, cashiers checks,
personal or company checks at this time.
Orders by phone can be made by calling
Customer Service at 800-505-0648
(Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Eastern Standard
Time). A $4.99 processing fee will be
assessed on all phone orders.
SALES TAX
The Buggyguard shipping center is located
in Florida. All orders delivered to a
Florida address will be charged a general
6% sales tax plus any discretionary sales
tax assessed by county zip code.
BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers do not have to create an
account to order. A Pay Pal account is
not required to pay with your credit
card, debit card, check or money order.
All credit card and debit card payments
are processed through Pay Pal's secured
site. Please read our Privacy Policy for
more information on our website security.
We verify all the billing information
provided by the customer. Please enter
all information correctly; otherwise,
your order will be delayed for further
verification. You credit card will not be
charged until your order has been
processed and is ready to be shipped. We
reserve the right to cancel any order
that cannot be verified by the merchant
bank.
Please make sure you have available funds
in your account. If your card fails to
charge and your order has already been
shipped, there will be a $10.00 fee. This
fee will be applied once UPS has placed
your shipment on hold and notifies us of
the additional charge. Your package will
be released once the charge clears.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We charge low flat rates through USPS
Priority Mail and UPS for shipping to all
50 states. International shipping
including US territories, P.O. boxes and
Military APO or FPO addresses is not
available at this time. If we currently
do not offer shipping to you, please view
our retailer list as they may be able to
service your address.
Free shipping is available on all orders
of two more Buggyguards if the shipping
address is within the 48 contiguous
United States for a limited time only.
Qualifying orders will ship UPS Ground.
If an item is damaged during shipping,
please notify us immediately at
info@buggyguard.com or at 800-505-0648.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns of item(s) purchased
from buggyguard.com must be received
within 14 days of delivery for an
exchange or a full refund of the price of
the item (less original S&H fee or
less a flat fee of $7.95 if your order
qualified for free shipping) and must
include the original packing slip.
Returns or exchanges will ONLY be
accepted on unused, unopened and complete
items in their original packaging. If you
are returning an item, please note that
return shipping charges are paid by the
customer. If you are exchanging an item,
please note that shipping charges to
Buggyguard as well as return shipping is
paid by the customer. Buggyguard will pay
any return shipping cost if the return is
a result of our error.
Items purchased through a Buggyguard
retailer must be returned or exchanged
through that specific retailer, observing
their particular return/exchange policy.
If you received your item(s) from
Buggyguard as a gift from a friend or
relative who placed the order through
buggyguard.com, please have the gift
giver contact us to arrange the
appropriate return or exchange.
Returns require a Return Authorization
(RA) number. Submit your request to
receive your RA number by filling out and
sending back the return/exchange form by
clicking here (Note: You must have Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed on your computer
to view and print this file. If you don
not, it can be downloaded for free at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

We will review your request within 1-2
business days and email you a RA number
with detailed instructions on returning
the product if approved. The RA number
will only be valid for 7 days. Additional
RA numbers will not be created if this
timeframe lapses. Please mark this RA# on
the outside of your return package and
mail the package with delivery
confirmation within this 7 day period.
Please be aware that your return will not
be processed if you direct your return
package to Buggyguard's warehouse without
a valid RA number marked on the return
package. The return center is only given
notification of RA numbers and no names
or order numbers will be given to them.
PRIVACY
We understand the sensitivity of your
personal information and Buggyguard will
not share or sell your personal
information with other parties. When you
order with us, we ask for your personal
email address so we can communicate with
you about your order, send you an order
confirmation, and occasionally tell you
about exciting Buggyguard news. You may
opt-out if you no longer wish to receive
communications from us.
All other personal information is used
for order processing purposes and is kept
private and secure.
